“Home Insurance Challenge”
CASA is partnering with San Francisco non-profit United Policyholders, which has worked nationally for 25 years to improve insurance of all types for consumers, to offer this beneficial and informative process. Completing the challenge lets homeowners know if their insurance coverage is going to do what they expect, and if not, what to improve to avoid the financial disaster of poor or incomplete coverage.

- Free Professional Help. Volunteer independent insurance professionals will review your coverage using United Policyholder’s 14 point Home Insurance Check-Up list (see below). You’ll learn what you have and what you need. The difference is your ability to financially recover from disaster.
- Charitable Donation. If you find your current insurance falls short and you change your policy as a result of this challenge, your independent broker will donate a portion of their earnings this year and every year you work with them, to any charity you choose.
